About The Mayaar
A better standard for building.
The Mayaar helps people make informed decisions about the places they build and live in. We are creating clear guides and practical tools—and providing construction services in Hyderabad today.
Our name, our standard
Quality is in the details.
Mayaar means a standard or measure of quality. The roof in our mark stands for the places we build; the plumb line stands for care, alignment, and getting the details right.
Who we are
Grounded in construction. Shaped by technology.
The Mayaar was founded by Mohammad Aftab Ahmed, who graduated in civil engineering in 2013 from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated with Osmania University. He later moved into software engineering, while continuing to pursue his passion for construction.
His own construction projects showed him how easily important details get lost between plans, materials, and work on site. The Mayaar brings his two fields together: clear knowledge and useful tools to help people know better, build better, and live better.
